Sarah Palin A Socialist?

Sarah Palin can well afford any health care costs for her grandson, unless, she is now accepting the idea of socialized medicine.  It would seem so, because Tripp, is on socialized medicine.

Ex Governor Palin must be supporting socialized medicine or money is more important to her.

I hope it’s the former choice because we need a public option now & her “death panel” accusations were a blatant lie. I for one will be very happy to have Le Palin jump on the bandwagon to get this passed, unless she’s been lying….again.

Thank goodness Tripp will not be included in the 47,000 Americans that die from lack of health care each year.  Sarah can thank socialized medicine for that because she hasn’t been parting with her cash to pay for his insurance.

Sarah, you are caught in another lie, but not to worry, because your fans will defend this, somehow:

PARTIAL OPPOSITION TO MOTION FOR INTERIM CHILD SUPPORT C. “…Tripp is an enrolled member of Curyung Tribal Council within the Bristol Bay Native Association consortium. Because the majority of Tripp’s health care costs are already covered by IHS and the Alaska Native Medical Center, Mr. Johnston has no need to purchase additional health insurance….”

It mistifies me seeing how cruel people can be to Sarah Palin and her family. Each and everyone of us is flawed, has some relative who embarrases us, and has made small and big mistakes in life. Politicians? Celebrities? show me one that is perfect or has no skeleton in his/her closet. Sarah is just your average American looked with magnified glases by the media.
Hey! she has spunk, is speaking up for millions of average Americans, and has an incredible amount of determination in doing so. The Left is so scared of her. Why? Isn’t she entitled to speak up? to earn a living? to have her children respected?
PLEASE… look around the leaders of our government, their behavior, their families, their unkept promises, their survival instict over riding the good of the country. Why pick on Sarah? there are better targets out there who are actually in our government and potentially doing real harm.

@Voice Of Reason? If Sarah Palin ran for President in 2012 would you vote for her?

  • The Internet

Newsflash: Sarah Palin is a f*cking idiot.

She’s a clusterf*ck with more contradictions than the bible. I sincerely hope she keeps doing all the stupid things she does, like writing on her hands and using her retarded baby as a prop, so the internet can keep laughing in her direction.

  • missy

All five of her kids and husband have socialized heath insurance, they are all part of the Curyung Tribal Council within the Bristol Bay Native Association consortium and covered by IHS and the Alaska Native Medical Center, via todd palin,

@Missy: Thanks, I should do an update on this post. I had no idea.

The Indian Health Service is the U.S. Government. I’m not sure which kid we’re talking about, Tripp or Trig. Sarah’s down’s syndrome child might be eligible for medicaid because of his disability. Apparently, the kids and grandkids are part native alaskan so they are also eligible for Indian Health Service coverage. I have a native american friend who receives coverage which is generous health insurance for people not on the reservation. Covers just about everything with little out of pocket. However, folks on reservations get very poor care because there isn’t much money and few doctors with interest in practicing on rural reservations. Folks are actually hired by the government to serve the native americans just like in a VA hospital. That is socialized health care. The other is just insurance, just like the rest of us except it doesn’t cost the user much.

You guys are now quoting attorneys? WTF, horrible story!

  • Luther

For all you numbnuts that can’t understand, please reread this quote:

“Because the majority of Tripp’s health care costs are already covered by IHS and the Alaska Native Medical Center, Mr. Johnston has no need to purchase additional health insurance…”

The costs for Tripp’s health care are covered by the IHs or Indian Health Services. And just what is the IHS? From ihs.gov:

“The Indian Health Service (IHS), an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, is responsible for providing federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. The provision of health services to members of federally-recognized tribes grew out of the special government-to-government relationship between the federal government and Indian tribes. This relationship, established in 1787, is based on Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution, and has been given form and substance by numerous treaties, laws, Supreme Court decisions, and Executive Orders. The IHS is the principal federal health care provider and health advocate for Indian people, and its goal is to raise their health status to the highest possible level. The IHS provides a comprehensive health service delivery system for approximately 1.9 million American Indians and Alaska Natives who belong to 562 federally recognized tribes in 35 states.”

Yep, socialized medicine paid for with federal tax dollars. If you can’t see the hypocrisy in Sarah Palin railing against “socialized medicine” when her own grandson benefits from socialized medicine, then I don’t know what to tell you.

I am not a fan of Sarah Palin, and have no desire to defend her. I am also not a fan of idealistic garbage that this post is. You automatically tried to suck the wind out of any “conversation” on the topic with your statement at the end that her fans will defend this “somehow”.

So, now any comment with another side to the story can be berated with the “I told you they’d try to defend it ‘somehow’”.

You are just another barking dog in the noise of political banter that doesn’t do anything to actually make our country any better.

@AQ and Wudsteen, the transplant review boards exist not because of some sinister government plot or the greed of the insurance companies. They exist because we as a people are too attached to this bag of flesh to sign up as organ donors. Organ donation should be opt-out, not opt-in. Once we are dead, why the sentimental attachment to a sack of rotting flesh???

  • sheesh

OP, if you block that comment, then you are more close-minded than the people you accuse. Hypocrite.

@Sheesh: I only block death threats to others or spam.

” Its not Governor Palins job, its her daughter job to take care of her son. ” Right, Josh, and like every other baby mamma, welfare queen, she’s not taking care of him. She’s forcing the taxpayers to do so. When you choose life you should also choose to frigging pay for your own kid, period. Be responsible.
