Two carloads of white teenagers drove to Jackson, Mississippi, on what the county district attorney says was a mission of hate: to find and beat up a black person.
They found their victim, 49 year old auto plant worker, James Craig Anderson in a parking lot; the last words Mr. Anderson heard before he was murdered was, “White Power!” according to witnesses. After hurling racial epithets, one of the perpetrators piled into his truck with two other women, and as the victim unsteadily walked away from the crime beaten and visibly shaken, the 18 year old, 5 foot tall perpetrator then drove over their racially targeted victim.
In this gruesome crime, the victim was left mutilated and dead.

CNN reports that during a bond hearing Dedmon’s attorney told the court he saw nothing to back up the “racial allegations.”
Obviously he’s trying to escape a hate crime charge — the video speaks for itself.
