Plano, Texas attorney Vale Krenik is an alleged serial rapist and an avid Scientologist, but a recent dump of information by Anonymous members potentially destroys what little credibility Krenik may have had.
According to sources, Krenik has been generous in executing subpoenas on others in order to cease the public from gathering information on his actions.

We received notice of a subpoena served by Vale Krenik, pro se which references his divorce case in Dallas County – an issue about which we have written nothing and which we are not at all related. Speculation is that this is due to us having reported on a case by Vale Krenik against his former legal client which we called a “hush” suit and have attempted to expose that along with other court processes that we, in our free opinion, have determined are abusive to vulnerable classes of people. This case is not related to his divorce case that we know of.
Anonymous has a message, “Subpoena this!”
Anonymous has taken offense, releasing damning evidence in numerous places on the Internet, mirrored again and again so that it cannot be removed.
Included in the written and audio evidence provided by Anonymous members, @CabinCr3w, @Doxcak3 and @itsKahuna are exchanges from his former step child willing to testify that Krenik is a “sex fiend monster” as well as accusations of intimidation and retaliation, rape, suicide, ethics breaches, cease and desist orders, criminal trespassing, influencing judges, stalking, sex with an inebriated client and cover ups.
While going through the evidence, it appears that he relentlessly pursued those that got away from him until their lives were destroyed.

Vale Krenik’s crimes and those of his family are deemed so bad by Anons that they have specifically targeted him.
DoxCak3, who has been subpoenaed in the recent past for releasing public information is not intimidated by Krevnik’s pomposity.

This disgusting person who is supposed to be protecting and fighting for law and justice is the very same person that law should destroy. Again when cries aren’t heard Anonymous steps in.
In this release you will find damnig [sic] evidence that can destroy Vale Kreniks career and very well should imprison him. This is why he seeks to subpoena anyone who obtains this info. So we made TONS of mirrors and we welcome this bastard to try and Subpoena THIS!!!
The mountain of information would be any screenwriter’s fantasy plot, so thick with evidence it could be the possible biography of a depraved, predatory man, using his influence to cover his actions. Email exchanges are now released; intimidating witnesses will no longer be utilized by this seemingly dubious Attorney, who one woman claimed has destroyed her life.
His wife’s letters to his psychiatrist, explain in detail her worrisome life fearing for her children and her own well being on a daily basis.
A sample of Krenik’s reach…
On 9-15-11 Detective Marshall (badge #217) during an intimidating phone conversation, tells a woman that posting anonymously is illegal, with the female left dangling as he hung up, seemingly not knowing what the fuck he was talking about. Later she was brought in to court, presumably for using his wife’s name — however, this tactic has been used by Krevnik numerous times, according to the evidence.
The dump of information is so vast, it would take weeks to sift through it thoroughly. To say this dubious attorney is disingenuous would be putting it mildly.

In Pat Krenik’s autobiographical essay she wrote in 2002, she concluded with these words that some could say may have been a veiled threat to her own children:

After all, they have fat folders in Ethics, detailing everything you ever did wrong. While the practice is in general not to turn over personal material to authorities or press and public, Scientologists who are no longer in good standing, who have been declared SP, are no longer “protected” by the rules of Scientology. That would include all the “non-actionable” reports. One last bit of advice, If you have something you really don’t want your mother to know about you, then I suggest you stay in good standing with the Church once you have that fat Ethics file.” –

Vale’s biological brother, Eric Ojeda is/was in prison for sex assault charges – with children under age 14. We all know that we cannot choose our family members, but we can be responsible for our own actions.
In a letter DMCA claim on Oct 2011:
“My name is Vale Krenik. I am both an attorney at law in the State of Texas and the person’s whose rights have been infringed upon. Specifically, I have been the subject of defamatory and libelous statements on the websites:

In Article: Elizabeth Krenik a.k.a. Balloon Betty Files CriminalComplaint with Police Against Her Lawyer Ex-Husband’s Former Client and Rape Victim the following phrase is published: “Looks like Betty Krenik learned a little about harassment techniques from her lawyer ex- husband, Vale Krenik. Because once someone says to her “stop or I’ll make a police report against you,” she goes trucking down there herself.” The article implies I either taught Betty harassment techniques or subjected her to them. This is untrue.
In Article: Ellis County Observer Staff Call a Rape Victim the C-word the following phrase is published: For over a week, the editors and staff of the Ellis County Observer have made fun of and taunted a rape victim. The victim was allegedly sexually exploited and raped by Vale Krenik, her divorce lawyer in 2010. While a report was made to police, nothing was done. This article calls me a rapist which is not true. There are no charges pending or ever pending against me.
Article: Ellis County Observer Editor and Libertarian Politician Brandy L. Owen Says Drunk Women Deserve to be Raped the following phrase is published: “…knowing that this was a rape by a Collin County lawyer at a Bench Bar Conference that happened to be held at the Hotel.
Hilton in Rockwall, Texas.” “…Vale Krenik (rape perp)…” This is additional defamation/libel and again states that I am a “rape perp” which is untrue.
In Article: Afganistan’s dirty little secret the following phrase is published: ” What is Vale Krenik going to do now that the young girl supply is running low?” This defames me by indicating that I have an interest in that sort of thing.
Article name: “Plano TX Lawyer Vale Krenik: “You are So Sued Stan” published on October 3, 2011 at 7:54 am contains the unauthorized use of my likeness and calls me a psycho scientologist.
Krevnik ends his statement with, “Please take down the website immediately. There are numerous articles and most if not all contain defamatory content.”
In fairness to Mr. Krevik, I urge you to judge for yourself while browsing through the mountain of evidence. I only pointed out a few out of the vast instances of Krevnik’s alleged actions.
