Repubs favor Mitt ‘dog on car’ Romney & Rick ‘man on Dog’ Santorum, want Paul & Newt to GTFO

There is a lack of support for Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul among Republican voters, so much so that they want them to drop their bids for the presidential nomination, according to the new CNN/ORC poll.

6 in 10 Republicans say the former House Speaker should drop out of the race;  39% state that he should continue. 61% say Paul should drop out; 36% saying that he should continue.

The majority of Republicans do not (Sorry I had to stop laughing. I’m back now) want Rick ‘Man on Dog’ Santorum to end his campaign for the nomination, according to the survey.

Mitt ‘Dog on car’ Romney continues to be the favorite choice among respondents, with 36% supporting the former governor from Massachusetts – and former job destroyer from Bain Capital.

FYI:

Politifact rated 42 Santorum statements. They break down this way:

Five statements rated True; four Mostly True; 11 Half True; seven Mostly False; 11 False; and four Pants on Fire!.

So now Santorum is, Rick ‘Pants on Fire’ Santorum, as well as Frothy and ‘Man on Dog’. The GOP clown car is now packed full and their supporters are trying to get in the car with them.
