Hundreds of women gathered to protest Oklahoma’s extreme Personhood bill at the State Capitol and State Senator Judy Eason McIntyre of Tulsa, Oklahoma attended in solidarity. McIntyre borrowed a sign from one of protesters for a photo which read, “If I wanted the government in my womb I’d fuck a senator.” McIntyre was at the capitol in protest of the anti-abortion legislation in the state.
“When I saw that sign out of all of those signs, I was like, I’ve got to have a picture of it,” said McIntyre, D-Tulsa. “I thought if my 87-year-old mother sees this, I’m going to get hell this weekend, but it was too late,” said McIntyre, according to NewsOK.com.
Jezebel reports, “Also present at the rally was Democratic State Senator Constance Johnson, the woman who gained fame and girlcrushes when she attempted to attach a provision to the Personhood law that would bar men from ejaculating in any place other than inside a woman’s vagina.”
How’s that war on women working out for you so far, Republicans?
