GOP, you’ve been served: Order of protection and Divorce

If self-deemed ‘fiscal Conservatives’ were honest, they’d own up to a more realistic moniker: Power hungry. As President Barack Obama celebrated his inauguration at various balls, Republican leaders and strategists were in a huddle deceiving the country as they conjured up various ways to take the President down, post-haste.  I recall those same Republican leaders later complaining that the President was not giving enough, as they strangled the fuck out of America — while knowing their plan was to dismiss whatever good the President tries to accomplish — that’s the pact ‘Party First’ Conservatives made and that’s the only thing they have accomplished during this President’s first term – not jobs being ‘priority one’ as promised when they won control of the House.

Republican betrayal was not always a private task  –  publicly Grover Norquist forced GOPers on their knees, to sign and pinky swear to an agreement to never compromise on tax revenue. Taxes going up for the middle class is acceptable, but not for the wealthy — and that is not in their job description. The only pledge worth signing to keep America’s economy and sanity from being obliterated is one to keep those who betrayed the American people out of office. The present time should be focused on America’s well being, not doling out punishment for the poor.

Jobs were dismissed while the GOP set its target firmly onto Planned Parenthood, the notorious organization which affords necessary breast screening for women who otherwise could not afford the costs. Then, Republicans deemed the President as a Socialist for trying to make health care affordable. Admit it GOP, you just don’t care.

Republicans can’t even invest trust in their Republican counterparts. Case in point: Eric Cantor.

GOP, America needs to divorce you and the hostage-taking circus you call a party — and the citizens of this country can do it without hiding behind closed doors as you did.

You’ve focused on every nonissue while neglecting the ones of monumental importance. Your priorities are out of whack. Your moral code is off kilter yet you want to shove your feigned uber-Christian rule book into the center of our lives, dictating who and how we love. You detest us unless we are Republican, evangelical and white.

You don’t give a shit about the poor while your supporters cheer on austerity even though most welfare recipients reside in Red States. Economists are aware of what austerity will do to America, but you permeate the masses with propaganda. GOP, you’ve been successful at dumbing down your own base. Congratulations at fucking us all. You have held America hostage so many times it’s uncountable and has now become the norm. It’s how you roll.

Here’s the deal: Somalia might take you. Move there since you hate America so much. We’re keeping the flag. You can keep the word, patriotism, since you’ve perverted it beyond recognition. Attorneys will serve you with an Order of Protection until you grow up and learn to play nice.

Until then, it will be every Democrat’s task to be sure your candidate — the same one you couldn’t stand the sight of just a few months ago — does not reach the highest seat in the land. It’s not for sale. GOP, you’re just too needy.

You whine that the President is not creating enough jobs, but your unfulfilled promise is well documented. Where are the jobs House Speaker? You’ve only created your own job. .

  • Naught TEA Dee

You are correct in saying this about the new TEApublicCON’s, but as a Reagan Republican veteran I will remind you we Party of Honest Abe Lincoln were the 1st Labor Party…for as Abe put it,,,Between Commerce and Labor the consideration should be Labor, for Labor can exist without Commerce, but Commerce cannot exist without Labor. We were also the 1st Conservationists as Teddy Roosevelt created the 1st National Park system. But, the TEA Party are NOT Republicans, but rather the grandchildren of the John Birch Robber Barons that Progressive Republican “Fighting Bob” LaFollette threw out of WI in the 1920′s….get the money out of politics cos corporations are NOT people! Solidarity from WI
