True Story: Eric Cantor, John Boehner going for the 38th attempt to repeal ObamaCare

House Speaker John Boehner is a very confused man. First he detests ObamaCare and now he objects to it not being implemented fast enough while at the same time he’s calling for the 38th attempt to repeal the Health Care Act. Eric Cantor called for a “permanent delay” of ObamaCare.

Daily Kos reports:

Obama administration and its decision to do what all the business groups aligned with Boehner have asked for: Delaying the employer mandate in Obamacare. So he sent a sternly worded letter demanding all sorts of information on how the administration came to this decision, but ultimately concluded:

Many have predicted the problems that your Administration now acknowledges, and each provision you delay continues to demonstrate that the entire law is unworkable.

Eric Cantor has a redundant idea, because nothing is more important to him than impeding progress.

Meanwhile as Amanda Terkel points out, the current Congress is on pace to becoming the least productive in modern history. Boehner promised jobs would be ‘priority one’ and thus far, he and his colleagues have not produced one job.

    It is time to make those accountable for this waste of money. They should be personally liable for the expenses. When those are depleted (they are bankrupt) then the party that they belong to should be liable.

    They’re wasting time and money with these show votes. When you work for a commission you don’t waste time pursuing leads that you know have zero chance of panning out. Boner and Cantor know there is a zero percent chance of getting repealed. On top of that they’re out of Session more than they’re in.

    My response to Cantor’s tweet:

    @EricCantor No, let’s get rid of your #WarOnMiddleClass ass instead & make THAT permanent #AHA #misogyny #WarOnWomen

    Boehner and Cantor – no shot too cheap – no tax dollar too safe…spending every penny they can in a war against the people

    I predict we will permanently delay their return to the House….Vote these idiots and obstructionists out of office!
