While talking with University of Louisville medical students, one of them, Steve Brodner, asked Rand Paul an innocuous question which resulted in a revealing answer, “The majority of med students here today have a comprehensive exam tomorrow. I’m just wondering if you have any last-minute advice.”

“Actually, I do,” said the Kentucky Senator, “I never, ever cheated. I don’t condone cheating. But I would sometimes spread misinformation. This is a great tactic. Misinformation can be very important.”

The National Journal reports, “He went on to describe studying for a pathology test with friends in the library. “We spread the rumor that we knew what was on the test and it was definitely going to be all about the liver,” he said. “We tried to trick all of our competing students into over-studying for the liver” and not studying much else.”

Then he proceeded to discuss Obamacare.

Definition of Misinform: To provide with incorrect information. We’ve witnessed his propagation of misinformation before.

His father had the balls to tell people that he didn’t know his newsletter was a racist rag because he never read it and somebody else wrote it. He didn’t know the John Birchers were all racists. He was shocked to find out after all those years. Not a clue. Ha Ha right pappy.

    It’s
time for people of good conscience to all realize that the Republicans
reached the strategic decision at some point in time after the
appearance of Ronald, the Liar Reagan, to just go for the Big Lie. Less
than half who heard your original lie, will hear it being debunked and
disproven, and only half of that half will accept the correction as
such; therefore, if you keep repeating it, your lie will eventually take
    on the air of truth.

If this is a habit in college (his disclosing it shows his sense of superiority and the idea that he and his friends can outsmart any competitors), then it is a habit throughout his life. Wouldn’t want him as any elected official of mine. His disdain of the common folk is overwhelming.
