Glenn Beck has a meltdown over positive reports on Obamacare numbers, “You rat bastards!”

Glenn Beck had a meltdown on his show today over reports that more than seven million people had signed up for health insurance under Obamacare. Like some of his colleagues, Beck isn’t taking the news of the Health Care Law’s success well, and he alleges that the sign up numbers are phony

Beck flew into a rant against President Obama and the “rat bastards” in the media who refuse to hold him accountable for his pathological lying.

On Obama he said, ,”This guy, you put him in a military uniform, I’m not kidding you, you put him on a balcony in a military uniform, this guy is a full-fledged dictator.”

“He’s a sociopath!,” Beck later declared. “He’s sociopathic!.”

Right Wing Watch reports, “Then, after an hour of ranting about Obama and the press and the Republicans, Beck finally snapped and declared that he is “not going to pay attention to these people any more, I am not going to waste my life,” screaming that “I have a right to pursue my happiness, I have a right to do what I was born to do!””

He continued, “My state of mind is great, cause I’ve had enough!”

“…you put this guy in a uniform that he himself designed…”

Like the one you made up for the cover of one of your books?

Soviet era cap and WTF is that tunic? Me thinks you have a fetish and are projecting.

ps…NO TEARS? Sorry, it’s not a complete Becky rant to me unless he whips some tears up…

    • Carla Akins

Do you ever visit The Daily Banter? On Fridays Ben Cohen (my next husband) does a column called Glenn Beck Porn. It’s a riot, but the image they use is priceless:

      • Anomaly 100

I’m gonna throw up. Why, why did I open that link?

      • neworleans878

        Ahhhhh! My eyes! My eyes!

Please, gracious lady, oh please a warning next time!

        • Carla Akins

Which is exactly what I said to Ben (in bed later) and he laughed and told me it’s the same one they always use. Not much comfort.

      • Aimee Barfield

Is he still doing it? I haven’t seen Glenn Beck Porn in a while (I’m partial to Bob, myself, when it comes to columns. I like the way Chez will go after someone also. His takedown of Abby Martin and Roseanne Barr were pretty good).

        • Carla Akins

Chez has the best music/band suggestions. GB Porn comes and goes depending on the crisis of the day, but it’s there most weeks.

        • Carla Akins

ps, not just partial. there may be a restraining order in place but
          I’m not saying!

          • tiredoftea

Wow! Carla, you stalking a boy??!!??

          • Carla Akins

I believe there may have been some overreaction, when I was my showing my affection, that’s all.

          • tiredoftea

Umm, OK. You know that one person’s “affection” is another’s stalking, right?

          • Carla Akins

Well, I could have said showing him my boobs through his bedroom window…..nah, mostly I just follow the stuff he does. And pin all images I can take, I mean find online for my Ben wall. Wow, that almost got inappropriate.

          • tiredoftea

          • Carla Akins

Would you like to see inappropriate?

          • tiredoftea

          • Carla Akins

too bad you’re not on twitter, where I could send you a “private” message. 😛

  • M D Reese

I hope I’m still around when this blowhard rat bastard (Beck) finally hits bottom.

    • Carla Akins

You mean when they strap him in a straight jacket and carry him off?

      • M D Reese

        OOH! I hope there’s video!

        • neworleans878

Put it on Pay Per View, donate the proceeds to charity. It’ll make a fortune.

          • M D Reese

I’d buy a DVD so I could play it over and over and laugh.

    • StraightGrandmother

I probably won’t live to see that but I have calculated it out and I most certainly will see Scalia die in my lifetime. We better elect Hillary, and the re-elect her.

      • MarcoZandrini

SG, I’m with you-I can’t wait to the day when Fat Tony has too much pasta and kaboom goes his gut, all over Little Clarence.

        • M D Reese

Clarence just might show a little animation and perhaps give a startled grunt should that happen,… Most of the time he just sits there like what my mom used to call a “bald-headed stump”.
Seriously–he should never have been seated on the court. His wife’s activity alone should disqualify him, never mind the soda pop can. I don’t think that ANY of them ever apologized to Anita Hill. I’d like to see her take his place.

          • StraightGrandmother

In fact Clarence Thomas’ wife called Anita Hill oh maybe a year or two ago and left her a voice mail asking Anita to confess. I kid you not.

          • tiredoftea

I couldn’t find the audio, but here’s the transcript:

“Good morning Anita Hill, it’s Ginni Thomas,” it said. “I just wanted to reach across the airwaves and the years and ask you to consider something. I would love you to consider an apology sometime and some full explanation of why you did what you did with my husband.”

Ms. Thomas went on: “So give it some thought. And certainly pray about this and hope that one day you will help us understand why you did what you did. O.K., have a good day.”

          • M D Reese

I should have waited to read that until after dinner–what an awful thing to do. Anita Hill was vindicated. Of course, that didn’t make the news.

          • tiredoftea

            Never does.

          • Carla Akins

That’s some stones, delusional but ballsy.

          • M D Reese

Wow! I hadn’t heard that! She’s a real pip. That reminds me of the fellow that Dick Cheney shot in the face–he apologized to Cheney for getting his face in the way of Dick’s shot…

      • M D Reese

Good plan. Maybe we’ll get a single payer health care system that way as well.

      • Doug Adams

The lifetime appointment of “Supreme Court Justices” should be addressed. Once they are in place, their ideology affect all their prospective future decisions, whether right or wrong. “Citizens United” exemplifys this. “Scalia” will live very long, just to be mean.

        • StraightGrandmother

He may, he just may live very long, but I AM going to outlive him, that’s my plan anyway.

        • Melissa Miles

Considering the amount of blood he sucks, probably forever

  • tiredoftea

    Gee, reality sucks, doesn’t it!

    • KABoink_after_wingnut_hacker

Reality is the like sunlight to vampires.
Wingnuts tend to melt down when their information bubble gets pierced.

      • tiredoftea

And, there are not nearly enough pins to help it along.

  • Sally

Funny how no one holds Beck accountable. When he was still on Fox with his chalkboard, he was dying, going blind, had an incurable disease, and please please buy his survival kits and save yourself from the evil government. You know, the one that cares about people other than rich white shysters like Beck?

    • tiredoftea

“You know, the one that cares about people other than rich white shysters like Beck?” Sure, their CPA’s and lawyers!

    • MarcoZandrini

He must have had reeeeeeely good healthcare coverage! /snark

  • Bob Cull

He is going to have a stroke one of these days getting himself so fired up over non existent tyranny. You can see the BP going up as he rants, the face gets redder and redder and bloats more and more the further he gets into his rant.

    • KABoink_after_wingnut_hacker

Unfortunately I doubt that will happen because it’s just an act. Beck has made multi-millions off the rightwing rubes and his carnival barking is very successful. After all, it’s fashioned after wealthy charlatans like Limbaugh and Pat Robertson..

      • neworleans878

        It’s the ‘merican way…grifting!

      • tiredoftea

Gold, buy gold, Buy gold coins, buy imaginary gold bullion! Gold, it’s safe, Ron Paul says so!

        • Carla Akins

          No, bitcoin, buy bitcoin, hahahah

          • tiredoftea

Yes, the next libertarian scam. When will Beck have his own Bitcoin exchange?

        • neworleans878

          Don’t forget the survival seeds!

          • tiredoftea

Oh, yeah! And, all those left over 2k12 converted missile silo’s. Imagine the possibilities. Sometimes, I really wish I the right’s lack of conscience, I could be sooooo wealthy!

      • Syntara Sarych

Exactly. His printed publications all carry this fine print disclaimer: “For entertainment purposes only.” I guess his lawyers made him do that in case one of his many mentally ill fans began on a shooting spree and claimed he did so because of what Glenn Beck was telling him.

  • chief_warrant

He’s had enough …good now go away

  • MarcoZandrini

Just think, Beck is in a frenzy because American people are getting quality healthcare coverage. Beck is so…………….un-American.

  • joannejohnson

Stop taking them damn drugs you asshole. We are sick of you ass.

    • Carla Akins

      Or start.

  • Aimee Barfield

Let’s send Beck to North Korea. For shits and giggles. He may just find out (aside from looking in the mirror) what a sociopath is and a dictator to boot.

    • Anomaly 100

      I’m down with that.

    • tiredoftea

Or, make him share a cell with Dennis Rodman.

  • hard2findu

we have been trying to drive him insane, I think it is working LOL “Snicker”

  • juicyfruityyy

“My state of mind is great, cause I’ve had enough!”

His Therapist is looking for him. He needs to pay his bill.

  • rossaimer

Your state of mind is not well at all! Have you thought of suicide?

  • Syntara Sarych

** Obama ** is a sociopath? The John Birch Society would say you are using “the principle of reversal,” by claiming that Obama is a sociopath when in truth, the entire rabid right wing in America are all sociopaths — and many are also paranoid-schizophrenics. They all worry about their freedoms being taken away, and have done so for decades. Progressives have never worried about that because their leaders have not instilled that kind of fear in them. But it’s true, for those on the right, their freedoms are being taken away — by their very own leaders.

  • J. Mark Soveign

Here’s the thing: Glenn Beck is a life-long drug abuser and alcoholic. He once described himself as a “borderline schizophrenic and recovering drug addict.” What after all would one expect from such a person?

The real issue to think about is how somebody with such an an obvious handicap has acquired so much media power. Did corporations support him because he was easy to manipulate? Did we let this happen because this was so amusing at the time?

We permit such things to happen in this nation at the risk of our culture, our freedoms and our way of life.

“borderline schizophrenic” I think he is now over the border.

  • Thraceguy

A Dictator would have had this loon locked up long ago. He is so abnormal, so off the edge that I am surprised someone he knows has not tried an Intervention on him. He needs help. He is free to be insane, but please let him do it off the air and not influencing the bottom skimmers out there.

  • Dave Lanson

I’d love to bee Beck in a KIm jong Un haircut, It would still hide the lobotomy scar.

  • drdem

IF ! Mr. Obama was a dictator glen beck would not have a show .

  • Robert J Bartley

If there was true dictator and justice in this country Beck would have had his tongue cut out.

    • Ian Cook

      Sometimes I wish someone would.

  • Harper34

It brings joy to my heart every day knowing this idiot is being sued and the person suing him has a solid, strong case.

    • David Markham

Yeah, but I have no doubt they have insurance for this kind of thing and that they’ll settle out of court.

Hard to believe that this despicable person is one of the darlings of the Republican/Tea Party minions.

    • BadKitty

It’s not hard for me to believe at all. But I live in Texas.

      • JOHN KLINE

A kindred spirit. (I live in Louisiana.)

  • 1earth1

What a complete fool is this man.

  • Dee Ree

Ha:) Jealous sore loser CONservatives. tsk tsk;)

  • Scarlet

You know, a rational person would see that Beck is CLEARLY talking about himself when he says all these things. Sociopath? Check! Living in an alternate reality? Check!

  • Russell Davis

Still the Republicans have no alternative to ACA. They whine and whine but when it comes to anything that would bring American life expectancy up to the same as ANY other industrialized country they are silent.

Haven’t you heard so many of them telling how they have a plan to replace ObamaCare? Never any details, just a plan. lol

      • pennyson349

That’s because their ACA replacement plan is to replace it with the nothing we had before it was passed.Lets face it the people attacking our nation from within are not Republicans. They are fascists who have seized control of the GOP and are hiding behind the republican brand.I’m 60 years old and I’ve never agreed with the republicans but I’ve argued with enough of them to know what a real one is and these phoney oligarch’s are the real R.I.N.O.’s

        • JOHN KLINE

Excellent statement. We seem to be going back to the 50’s and 60’s in attitudes. Yes, I know. I am 66.

  • Robert Silver

    Projection, projection, projection.

  • DaddyO_969

Hey Beck: Fuck you, eat shit and die.

  • Cynthia Mooy

With big targets front and back.

  • Cynthia Mooy

Sorry, have to agree with Beck. I too have had enough. Of greedy, rat-bastard looneytunes like him.
Never outgrew temper tantrums when the world proves it doesn’t revolve around you and you don’t get your way, apparently.

  • suzina22

Two fries short of a happy meal.

  • ixzist

Actually, Beck looks more like the dictator in that uniform.

Issa Subpoenas Seven Million Americans Who Signed Up for Obamacare

April 1, 2014 WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Accusing them of involvement in “a widespread conspiracy to save President Obama’s failed health-care program,” Rep. Darrell Issa (R-California) today subpoenaed the approximately seven million Americans who have signed up for Obamacare so far.

Arguing that the impressive enrollment numbers “don’t pass the smell test,” the House Oversight Committee chairman told reporters, “Any rational person would come to the same conclusion that I have: namely, that this is a well-orchestrated conspiracy of seven million people trying to make Obamacare look good.”….

    • Ginger Martinez

That was a great satire piece. I laughed so hard. Just waiting for it to really happen. LMAO

  • Emily

I used to be a huge Glenn Beck fan. I bought his book, shirt, and subscribed to his show before he made the switch to Fox. I distinctly remember a show he did about how *broken* the healthcare system was, after he had been hospitalized. Interesting how that tune changed when he went over to Fox.

  • infectious_d

lmao he’s actin’ worse then John Taffer(that Bar Rescue yelling dude, you know the one :p), “how dare you!” obammy 😀

  • suburbancuurmudgeon

Sociopath? Pot? Kettle? Give it a rest, Glenn

  • Ann Darton

Ladies and Gentlemen you just witness a dam crazy idiot. Name Glenn Beck. Hay Beck, I think the ACA (Obamacare) covers mental illness.

  • shay3780

he’s even worse than he was on Fox…and that’s bad

  • oscar

I want to make a reverse bobble head of beck instead of the head bobbing I want his feet to bobble then he would say cuckoo cuckoo lmao.up and down cuckoo

  • Cranky

So Beck is the ONLY person in the media who clearly sees that President Obama is a dictator whose every success is merely a manufactured marketing event? Is there a pool on how long his self-imposed Obama gag order will last?

  • CherMoe

Beck should be speaking of George Bush in a military uniform and how he dictated over this country with Cheney’s direction. The REAL criminals should be in prison. I would love to see all these lying Republicans convicted of defamation of character and held responsible for their lies and go to jail.

  • CherMoe

Naw … he’s probably got a boil on his ass or something. Oops, wrong guy. That was Rush Limbaugh. I’m sure Beck “opted out” with some kind of medical excuse.

  • AnthonyLook

The Republican Obama Derangement Dictionary strikes again, with a good dose of Republican incredulity mathematics.

  • Harshman

For him to have a state of mind would imply he has a mind. That is a real stretch! This man needs to take his meds.

  • at78rpm

Back about 10 years ago, a lot of Americans were asking why Muslim leaders were not publicly condemning Islamic extremism. Today, many of those same Americans blithely accept Glenn Beck as, well, maybe just a bit over the top, but hey, he’s our guy! Well, now they should know the answer to their question.
