Duffer-in-Chief Donald Trump is on the cart path again for the eleventh time in the past seven weekends. Who cares? According to White House Press Sycophant Sean Spicer, the Bossman deserves some relaxation.
Spicer was asked about Trump’s golf games given his criticism of former President Barack Obama and the White House press secretary said that the former reality show star has talked about “how you use the game of golf” for diplomatic ends.
“You saw him utilize this as an opportunity with Prime Minister Abe to help foster a deeper relationship in southeast Asia, in Asia rather, and have a growing relationship that’s going to help U.S. interests,” Spicer said.
“On a couple of occasions he’s actually conducted meetings there, he’s had phone calls,” Spicer added. “Just because he heads there doesn’t mean that’s what’s happening.”
The problem is that Trump is a big fat hypocrite. He did nothing but criticize Obama about how much he played golf as president, yet Donald has played more frequently. The former played once every 8.8 days while the latter has played once every 7.8 days since his inauguration.
These tweets speak for themselves:
@BarackObama played golf yesterday. Now he heads to a 10 day vacation in Martha’s Vineyard. Nice work ethic.

I play golf to relax. My company is in great shape. @BarackObama plays golf to escape work while America goes down the drain.

Where is the President? It is time for him to come on TV and show strength against the repeated threats from North Korea — and others.

While our wonderful president was out playing golf all day, the TSA is falling apart, just like our government! Airports a total disaster!

Trump claims to do the country’s business while on the links, like the weekend he hosted the Japanese leader at Mar-a-Lago.
Played golf today with Prime Minister Abe of Japan and @TheBig_Easy, Ernie Els, and had a great time. Japan is very well represented!

Even though most world leaders, like Prime Minister Abe, don’t speak English well or at all – especially when talking about classified information in the open air – they at least have this in common with Trump.
Oh, and some of them golf, too.
