Over and over, Donald Trump has been asked if he believed that Russia was involved in hacking that took place during the 2016 election. Most recently, on Thursday in Poland, he said he thought it was Russia — and any number of other countries, which he of course did not name:

Tillerson: “There was a very clear positive chemistry between the two…There was not a lot of relitigating things from the past.”

Tillerson says Trump and Putin didn’t see much value in “relitigating of the past” and want to start making the US-Russia relationship work.
