Hannity Didn’t See This Coming When He Told His Viewers To Tweet At ‘Fake News Jake Tapper’

Donald Trump’s boot-licker Sean Hannity, who works for a fake news network, called on his millions of viewers Monday night to use social media against what he said were purveyors of “fake news” attacks on the the amateur president. Hannity has repeatedly circulated fake news but he considers any journalist, reporter or pundit who is critical of Trump to be a purveyor of ‘fake news.’

“Members of the Trump administration,” Hannity said, “they’re beginning to shine a bright light on these dark corners of this fake news industry.”

Well, if that were true, Hannity would need to wear sunglasses.

“All right I’m not encouraging you to get in your neighbor’s face,” he explained, “like former President Obama did, liberals would say I’m calling for violence. But you can call out fake news right at the source.” (We have no idea what he’s referring to with President Obama or with liberals.)

“For example, you can tell fake news Jake Tapper exactly what you think of his interview with Anthony Scaramucci. You can do it on Twitter,” the Fox host said.

Hannity also took shots at CNN’s Brian Stelter and MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski but his main target was Jake Tapper.

Watch:

Welp, we don’t think he expected what happened next.

Tapper responded:

Tapper reported last week that Hannity won’t actually receive the coveted William F. Buckley Award for Media Excellence from the conservative group this year even though he was expected to and the Fox host has been upset with the CNN host ever since. It’s not about ‘fake news’ with Hannity. It’s about his tender feelings.
